The Founders of Cutlass Capital, Jon Osgood and David Hetz, have over 50 years of experience collectively with health care companies of all sizes and in every sector of the industry. Jon was formerly the Global Head of Health Care Research for Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown. David was formerly the Director of the M&A Department and Co-head of Investment Banking at Robertson Stephens & Co.

Ray Larkin, former CEO of Nellcor Puritan Bennett, and Steve Solomon, M.D., a member of the faculty at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, are Venture Partners of Cutlass Capital.
